Dream Journey, a sacred ceremony
We will gather a bit over 23 hours on a beautiful private location in nature to ask guidance from an ancient master: the Spirit of the Mycelium.
In a ceremonial, intimate and therapeutic setting, you will safely journey and retreat with a group of 12 souls. You can read more in depth about this practice on the Healing with nature page.
The experience starts a week prior to the gathering. You will receive an elaborate preparation guideline to set your intentions and to prepare yourself mentally and physically in the week ahead for the deep dive during the retreat. Also, there will be an individual intake form to be filled in and a phone call.
On the first day of the gathering, after your arrival, we will settle in with several relaxation exercises to soften the nervous system β bodywork, breathwork and meditation. We will then proceed with the ceremony: the start of your safely guided psychedelic healing journey.
The journey is followed by a nourishing meal, a cup of warm ceremonial grade cacao and the opportunity to share your experience. After this, you will have a restorative night of sleep.
The following morning will be all about integrating your experience: you will be guided through a deep breathwork session followed by a nourishing breakfast and we will end our gathering by taking you on a beautiful silent forest walk in the nearby natural reserve.
The days will be facilitated, lovingly guided and musically accompanied by two humans with a lot of experience with healing, energy work, plant medicines and ceremonies: Stephanie from Taqa Health & Andrea from Stellar Folk.
