In a splendid farm-turned-healing-center in the heart of Ibiza, you will explore your inner garden with mind-altering fungi under the most comfortable and safe circumstances, lovingly guided by highly experienced facilitators. This will help you reach places in yourself that are blocked by a lifetime of patterns, beliefs and conditioning. You will move your body to the rhythm of healing music, breathe yourself to freedom, nourish your system with incredibly tasty and nourishing food, explore Ibiza’s beautiful nature and heal your nervous system from old traumas.

A fungi ceremony

Working with mind-altering fungi within the right set and setting can be absolutely life-changing. The core of this retreat will consist of a guided fungi ceremony. All the beautiful somatic, trauma-informed and self-inquiry practices offered during these 5 days of healing will serve to prepare for and to integrate this ceremony. Supporting practices

During the retreat we will bring in both ancient and modern tools to help you get to the root of whichever is holding you back in life. We will be diving into deep and compassionate self-inquiry sessions, meditation and bodywork. The latter will consist of gentle yin yoga, transformational breathwork and somatic movement. You may also expect a stunning hike in nature, an invigorating sauna session and campfires under the stars.

All these practices are to support your wellbeing in the best possible way and to help you awaken and relax the body, restore the nervous system and inspire mindfulness of the body-mind-heart connection. We will gently guide your system to peel off the layers of conditioning, beliefs, insecurities and coping mechanisms that keep you from feeling safe, loved, grounded, nourished and in peace. In other words: living the life you deserve, aligned with your true Self.

Besides all the deep inner work and play, there will also be some down-time for you to enjoy reading your book under the Ibiza sun by the pool, go for a stroll, visit a beach, enjoy the wonderful surroundings, or just relax in your room.

We will be serving mouthwatering, healthy and hearty vegetarian and vegan meals and snacks, delicious warm drinks and vitamin-packed juices. A feast for the senses! Get ready to be pampered by our chefs.

The Symbiosis retreat will take place at the stunningly boho-chic Can Rafael, a vast and cozy healing paradise located on more than 40,000 square meters of olive grove in the heart of the magical Mediterranean island of Ibiza. It offers an opportunity to experience the authentic Ibiza countryside lifestyle the island is famous for.

Family-owned Can Rafael is built using sustainable and natural materials, following the principles of energetic efficiency, in which the elements and the cardinal directions play a central role. From the house to the meditation temple and the medicinal plant garden, everything is designed according to the principles of sacred geometry. The retreat center is beautifully decorated, light and warm.

The heart of this powerful place is a high-energy meditation temple, guarded by two exceptional amethyst druses, over 2m in size, cleansing and energising the temple area. The temple is equipped with an incredible sound installation, underfoot heating and air-conditioning.

The spaciousness of the site allows you to completely unwind in nature or by the pool, which is surrounded by roofed daybeds. The outdoor terrace, embedded in lush nature, offers a sheltered atmosphere with long dining tables and small, cozy relaxation areas to linger.

Robine, Jeroen and Andrea are passionate about creating safe spaces where real healing can take place. Jeroen and Andrea have been partners in life and in work for 17 years, and Robine is their dear friend. Together, they will make sure you will have an unforgettable week of transformation and community. Jeroen and Robine will also be cooking all the delicious and nourishing meals during the retreat! Introducing: medicine music with Bettina Maureenji

Bettina Maureenji is an internationally acclaimed musician, yogi and song writer, certified Voice Healing Teacher and Therapist. The songs and prayers Bettina has written and learned over the last 20 years are a reflection of her own personal journey of healing. Bettina’s intention in music is to facilitate a space that invites into other states of consciousness where healing and transformation can take place. For her, sound is sacred and a direct connection to the Divine that teaches us to stay grounded within our bodies, to be in touch with Mother Earth and to wish happiness for all beings seen and unseen.

Introducing: yin yoga and breathwork with Sapphire Leena

Born in Ibiza to Ibicenco-Canadian parents, Sapphire has become one of the most sought-after breathwork specialists and yoga teacher on the island. Each breathwork journey is unique and teaches us how we benefit from breathing fully and consciously, at the same time bringing changes into our lives for the better. Breathwork can help reduce the symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, PTSD, ADD and insomnia. It can also heal trauma and make peace with the past. Sapphire will guide you through a deep inner journey which will greatly complement en help integrate a fungi ceremony, which will already start with a nervous-system calming yin yoga class before the ceremony.

Having two in-house therapists onsite, each with their own therapy room, there is also space in between activities to book a bodywork or healing session for yourself.

This type of accommodation is a single bed in a shared double room located in the main house. Each room has a spacious bathroom en suite and an outdoor shower, as well as a private terrace. The above numbers are based on the time, energy and costs we invest to make these retreats possible. Symbiosis retreat is designed to bring you the peace and freedom you know is possible. Freedom from fear patterns and grief that no longer serve you.

You will use this time to listen to your body, stop the mind and renew your Spirit. The energy of Ibiza, together with the sacred medicines we will be working with, will cleanse and regenerate you. You will return with new understandings, insights, acceptance, forgiveness, release and purpose.

We want to help you cultivate a more authentic way to relate and engage with your life, the people and the natural world to which you belong. To feel empowered moving forward knowing what optimal wellbeing and connection look like beyond our week together — mentally, physically and spiritually.

Location: Can Rafael (shows up a Can Roig on Google Maps), Ibiza, Spain, located a 20 min. drive from the airport (between Santa Eulalia and San Lorenzo). We'll send detailed information on how to find us after booking, in our designated Whatsapp group.

Flights to Ibiza Airport are not included. We recommend checking out skyscanner.com

Airport transfers to and from the venue are not included. Closer to date, you can share all your flight arrival times in a Whatsapp group so that you can organise sharing taxis or rental cars (both available at the airport) with other retreat participants. The easiest way to arrive to our retreat location is by car or taxi. In case you consider renting a car, we recommend Hiper rent a car.

*Please do not arrive earlier than 15:00 as we will be very busy preparing the retreat space for you! If you have an early flight we recommend heading to Santa Gertrudis, a quaint town nearby, for breakfast or lunch. Some nice spots are French bakery Chez Bibi or local classic Bar Costa.

Stellar Folk’s Symbiosis retreats respect and honour where you are right now on your healing journey. These retreats are for people with or without any prior experience with psychedelics or medicine work. We aim to create a safe environment for each and everyone and are here to encourage and support you. Symbiosis retreats are a safe space for BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks. Retreat conditions

Prices are per person. If you come alone, you will share your accommodation with a friend you haven’t met.

We require a €300 deposit at sign up which is non-refundable. The remaining balance of your retreat price will be due 45 days before the retreat, on the 7th of October. Payment plans are available; please contact us if you wish to discuss the options.

There is no refund after the balance is paid; therefore, please consider purchasing a travel cancellation insurance. In case of illness or force majeure, it is possible to give your space to a friend; just inform us at least 10 days before the retreat takes place so we have time for the intake procedure and for their own preparation.

If we cancel the retreat date for any reason, you may transfer your full retreat payment to another retreat, or you may request a refund of your payment amount (less the deposit, which can be applied to another retreat) to your original payment method.

Organisers are not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

Yes, but of course there can be critical circumstances that need to be checked first. We carefully screen the health condition and medications of our participants to ensure that we can safely provide psilocybin. Head over to the ‘intake form’ button on top of the page to discover if this medicine is for you.   Additionally, rest assured that we are highly trained, experienced and trauma-informed facilitators and guides. We are experienced with the medicine and able to create a safe space of support for all participants equally. Psilocybin is generally very safe when working with it responsibly. It is seen as the safest of all mind-altering substances. Way more than alcohol even! 
What dose will I take in my journeying?   There are many factors that determine the exact amount of medicine you’ll take. Your full honesty/disclosure on your intake form (and the call we have afterwards) will help inform dosing.   Generally speaking, a session is a “Moderate Macro Dose,” which is typically 2g - 3.5g. This is an inward journey, with the intention for deep healing. All doses are customised to each participant.
You can be confident that regardless of your experience (or no experience) with this plant medicine, you will be fully supported and guided in every aspect.

We have welcomed individuals with a broad spectrum of encounters with psychedelics, spanning from novices to seasoned professionals within the psychedelics field.
Our retreats are meticulously crafted to accommodate individuals at various levels of experience in meditation and yoga, from total beginners to adept practitioners.
We provide daily guided meditations, and two yoga sessions intended to gently awaken the body, restore the nervous system, and foster awareness of the body-mind-heart connection.

Retreats are really meant as a cocoon of safety and integration for the group of participants. We are on a week-long journey together and will go pretty deep. Bringing in folks from outside of the retreat setting can feel as a bit of a disruption of this safe space and is therefore not something we allow. Symbiosis retreat is designed to bring you the peace and freedom you know is possible. Freedom from fear patterns and grief that no longer serve you.

You will use this time to listen to your body, stop the mind and renew your Spirit. The energy of Ibiza, together with the sacred medicines we will be working with, will cleanse and regenerate you. You will return with new understandings, insights, acceptance, forgiveness, release and purpose.

We want to help you cultivate a more authentic way to relate and engage with your life, the people and the natural world to which you belong. To feel empowered moving forward knowing what optimal wellbeing and connection look like beyond our week together — mentally, physically and spiritually.
